What is the cost of shipping?

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to any location within South Africa. For international deliveries please contact us on for a personalized quote.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will advise you once your order is on its way via email with a tracking number.

How long will it take?

(Please note that the times shown below are shipping times only – this excludes the time taken to make up your order.)

Main Areas 2 – 3 working days

Outlying Areas 4 – 6 working days (depending on how remote the area is)

Made To Order products:

+- 3-6 weeks manufacturing lead time, thereafter 2-6 days courier delivery to your home.

Transit time is in business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Please allow additional time for orders shipping outside the main city centers. Delivery hours are between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Please note that orders are only placed once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared. The manufacturing time is calculated from payment date.

Scandi Home Decor assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.

Which shipping methods do you use?

We make use of a local courier service or if you reside in the Cape Town area, we may deliver the order ourselves.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. We will supply you with a tracking number once your order has been collected by our courier service with a link in which you can follow your shipment.
